For most domestic enterprises, the problem of assessing the effectiveness of IT investments is very relevant today. A review of the methods used to analyze IT investments made it possible to identify the problems that arise when using them. Based on an analysis of the requirements for the method of assessing the effectiveness of IT investments developed at the enterprise, one can make an assumption about the preference for using qualitative methods. Their distinctive feature is the use of quantitative and qualitative indicators, as well as the orientation toward establishing a correspondence between the tasks of a particular IT project and the development strategy of the entire enterprise as a whole.
